The 148 units of 30 MVA, 132kV power transformers supplied to Kuwait for the customer Ministry of Electricity, Water, and Renewable Energy (MEW Kuwait), PAHW (Public Authority of Housing Welfare) and KOC (Kuwait Oil Company) have been successfully energized. This significant milestone has substantially bolstered the country’s electrica infrastructure and made a noteworthy contribution to Kuwait’s sustainable energy initiatives.
Remarkably, Voltamp Power accomplished the formidable task of delivering all 148 units in 2 projects, first being during the pre-COVID and COVID period between 2019 and 2020 and second lot in 2022-2023, despite of various challenges all the transformers were supplied ON TIME and 100% First time Pass. This project stands as a testament to the dedication and professionalism exhibited by the entire Voltamp team.
